Broken Sidewalk

Description: The sidewalk in front of my home at 84 Buchanan Road (02132) is uneven and broken in various places. It has created an unsafe dynamic where water pools very quickly (and in the winter turns into slippery ice) right at the beginning of the walkway to the home. A prior request had been made under case number 101006441051, but was closed due to not having pictures. This request is the resubmission of that one and now includes pictures. The tree pictured near the side walk was struck by a moving truck today and will apparently need to be removed or replaced. This tree may have been causing some of the issues, so it could be an opportune time to fix the sidewalk issue in parallel. I am also planning to replace the walkway, so it would be fantastic to do a comprehensive update that is coordinated with the city if possible.
