Description
226 Westville st Dorchester has about 100 bags of trash in the backyard with several stolen shopping charts rats have been running out of bags. They have been in the yard all winter. They are trying to hide the mess by blocking the view with parked cars. Bags are in yard all year long this isn’t a recycling center. Rats run in and out at night.
