- Vibration and noise from Hoot Park. I’ve got notices back saying this has been resolved and I’m sorry to say i it has not. Again 1 AM woken up because of noise and strong vibration.!This has happened multiple times., (as you can see from previous complaints) As I am standing writing this, the floor is vibrating! There is no place in my apartment that I can go to not feel the vibration and hear the humming. it’s throughout my whole apartment I do feel you’ve tried so my anger is not at you but this cannot continue. I have to sleep! Could you please advise me if there’s anything else you can do?
