- Been years like this and no one will provide the Basic City Service of resurfacing bike lanes. You didn't even do it before new lanes were installed (and gone are the days now) unless you were repaving the whole street anyway. This creates 2 terrible choices for someone on a bike: veer into traffic or ride through a 3" deep hole.
