- @mbta Around 12:30 PM on April 9 at Blandford Street (Green Line, Boston University), I witnessed a serious failure of accessibility. As a deaf rider, I—and many others, including an elderly man—waited to board while passengers were still exiting. The doors were shut immediately, and the train pulled away without giving us any chance to enter. The elderly man was forced to walk all the way to Kenmore. This is indefensible.
