- I have video footage of the “owner” of 98 Mount Pleasant Ave. bringing these mattresses from elsewhere in his truck and dumping them here in our neighborhood. Why? These mattresses are not picked up with regular trash and this absentee owner doesn’t care that he should learn the City ordinance and rules around these types of items. FINE him!
