- Several requests have been made with the North End rehabilitation center regarding the flood light in the picture. This light beams directly into my bedroom As recently as THIS afternoon I was assured steps had been made to fix the constant shine into my residence. This has been a problem (resolved 1 time a year ago) for many years. There are stipulations in place in the state of MA to reduce light nuisance issues.
