Description
Tenant in Unit #305 stomping aggressively at 9:43AM after police came at 1:00AM to address noise. The person seems to be stomping not just normal walking around the unit casually. The police told me that Princeton Properties Management is suppose to address the issue not them. Erica Tobias is the Property Manager at The Charley Apartments abd her and the Regional Manager told me to call the police instead of handling this matter and holding the tenants accountable for the noise.
