- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports via email: Two motorcycles at END of GREW AVE with diesel smell /fumes into my unit nauseating me. Police was called but unfortunately did show up on time and noisy motorcycles finished their autoshop. This is a TENANT owing teo vehicles and ABUSING the premises ! Interrupting sleep hours.
