- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports via email: Two motorcycles at END of GREW AVE with diesel smell /fumes into my unit nauseating me. Police was called but unfortunately did show up on time and noisy motorcycles finished their autoshop. This is a TENANT owing teo vehicles and ABUSING the premises ! Interrupting sleep hours. ORDINANCE 16-37 please implement. Blue Motorcycle plate # BP 33]

Resolved. No cause at the time we went out and Did not see motorcycles or any violations there but ISD auto unit inpects regulated premises for compliance and does not have any enforcement power with vehicle issues on city streets . These complants are handled by BTD and BPD.
