- The end corner of Agnes Ave. , a private way was designed to give fire and rescue egress to the Riverdale price rite plaza, Person who seems to be chummy with code enforcement has parked unregistered vehicles and erected fencing as if he owns the land. Agnes Ave goes to the railroad fence the right turns to the back of the Price Rite plaza. The neighbors are exasperated with the ignored condition of the area , and that it has attracted others to dump there as well . This leaves the neighbors having to pay the fines and cost of cleaning up. This has gone on long enough .
