- There needs to be a re-evaluation of timing of the lights at Harrison and East Berkeley. Every day when I cross East Berkeley and waiting for the pedestrian signal, there are usually 3-4 drivers who go through the light after it has turned red and the walk signal to cross East Berkeley is already on. Cars are driving fast coming from Frontage Road or West 4th. There is a similar issue at Washington and East Berkeley.
