Description
How do I get a leaf bag filled with leaves and old tree debris picked up neither of the trash or the recycle would take it . The bag is currently sitting on our property number 51 Saint Stephen St in Alley 809. In the past trash truck has taken them. Don’t understand why they weren’t picked up.
