- Yield to pedestrians sign destroyed on dangerous crossing of Belgrade at Penfield. This is at least the third time I’ve reported this sign and it’s gone more often than it is up. Please, please add flashing pedestrian signals on the side of this crossing. It is the only way to access the local park and I’m scared my toddler or another child will be hit on Belgrade. It’s impossible to see crossers during the winter because of parallel parking.
