Drivers on Centre St are making illegal right turns on red—and executing a "U-turn" style maneuver through Temple St—specifically to bypass the straight-thru traffic queue on Centre St. This shortcutting is happening on weekdays in the 6:00AM hour (observed 10+ days in a row), creating a bottleneck and posing a safety risk to law-abiding motorists. Could the city please look into the installation of a "No Right Turn" sign at the specific cut-through point (see attached diagrams for recommended placement)?
