- Construction truck fully blocked Arlington st. and Leicester St intersection, right next to school, at height of morning commute time for 20-30 min. on April 14, impacting intersections on Market st and Parsons st as well! Trucks should NOT be allowed to try to make turns onto those tiny streets at the height of morning commute!! No detail required to manage traffic??!! Either arrive MUCH earlier or wait til traffic has cleared.
