- 113 Chandler Street has a tree and fire hydrant in front. The tree roots have disrupted loads of the bricks. Many are missing taken by who knows. Many are floating around. The trash fellows have a hazardous mine field to navigate as much trash is put out in this open space. It is practically impossible to shovel snow with loose and protruding bricks. I feel it is a public hazard at this point. Wonder if we can please get some help? Thanks for considering
