- Constituent states black fence has been damaged on side of this address and municipal lot. 2 days ago everything was fine, came out the next day came out and noticed that plastic undercarriage of a car was in his driveway, looked to the right and noticed the pole of the black fence was bent over. Went around to inspect and noticed that bottom of the fence was badly damaged facing his home. Not sure if soemone tried to go in his driveway or make a u turn, but the fence is disconncected from the posts. Does not look like it was hit from inside the parking lot since there are bushes.
