- Man blocked traffic to urinate in public. Drove off before I could confront him. But while this guy is a gross jerk, the bigger problem is the lack of public facilities. When Langone Park was renovated, the public toilet there was removed and never replaced. Sporadic placement of a portable toilet is insufficient. We need more public restrooms. Please!
