Description
A constituent in Charlestown has concerns about permits at 44 Elm Street. The constituent stated that a home rehabilitation project is underway and that permits have been issued for construction vehicles from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for one week. However, there is currently a container and dumpster on site that remain beyond the permitted hours and are occupying approximately 2–3 parking spaces. The constituent expressed that they do not support any changes to allow the dumpster to remain on site 24/7, but wanted to flag that, as it stands, the current use appears to be in violation of the permitted hours. Could you please assist in addressing this issue? Thanks in advance!
