- Construction site out of control. Nasty chemicals and debris throughout the property and washing into drains that go to the Charles River. Debris is blowing all over the neighborhood and no effort to contain it or use a receptacle is being made. It is all just dumped on the sold and edge to edge with rats playing in it at night. 311 reports indicate multiple times when they have been "Spoken to" but they are given a pass with no violations like other local construction projects receive for the same behavior.
