Description: See 101006614750, "There’s a large encampment of homeless people all along the street from the beginning of George Street to the end of Clifton Street if a police or community resource member could come out during the evening time to remove these people from this residential neighborhood where they constantly trespass residents’ property. This would greatly help the community because they are actively making the quality of life here lower and making it unsafe for all the children and elderly that live in the neighborhood there are two elementary schools less than 1 mile away from this area and children walk to school people walk their dogs. It’s very unsafe for all the residents in the area and recently many packages have been stolen by these people which I can confirm because the 40+ years I’ve lived in this neighborhood I’ve never had an issue with my package has been stolen or constant litter in front of homes and along sidewalks before recently the last 3 to 4 months." | Did the resident observe substance use: [No]
