- Neighbor has been doing construction that may not be permitted. Today came home to tar from what seems like the roof scattered all throughout our yard. Multiple insistences of trash debris and hazardous materials coming into our yard from the work done over the last year. Trash that has piled up in yard for months, attracting rodents and insects.
