Description
My Case Number 101006564827 was closed citing unreachable graffiti, but the graffiti is on the interior walls of the Arthur Fiedler Footbridge which you can find if you walk over the bridge from the entrance on Beaver Street to the exit on the Esplanade. There's at least 6 areas or more of the numbers "161" painted in green and orange paint at waist level height.
