- Construction parking. 131 Commonwealth Ave. has been taking up four spaces in front of two buildings for almost 3 years. Now they not only have their permanent spaces, but are double parking on Comm Avenue. Construction permits should not be allowed to be taken out month after month for years like this. There should be a limit on the number of months you can have them. They are extremely disruptive to dwindling neighborhood parking.
