- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent calling back in regards to van that does mechanical work in parking lots of the Advanced Auto Parts at this address. Neighbors have tried speaking with them but it is not pleasant. This is like a daily occurrance. They are out there now working on at least 1-2 cars. The van plate is MA-317HFS. (older plates with green writing) This is the same van that is always here doing this work.]
