Illegal Parking

Description: It's 130 on a Friday afternoon and again Cleary Square is completely gridlock because people are allowed to pull in the lane of traffic and put their hazards on and no parking zone where there's a fire hydrant. Why is this constantly allowed? It is not fair to Hyde Park residents or businesses!!! It's a lean of traffic, literally blocking the whole entire Cleary square!!!!!!! Every day every night every weekend!!!!
