- Unkempt overgrown grass | Details: [This property which overlooks Foster Terrace is overgrown with debris all over the place. The retaining wall is compromised. It’s an eyesore and much of the debris falls onto Foster Terrace parking. As a new condo owner I find it offensive and unsightly. And, as a new owner I’d like to remain anonymous as I don’t want trouble but I feel it needs to be looked at by some authority.] Exact location: [Property is located on the corner of Foster Street and Foster Terrace. Driveway is on Foster Terrace and the area in question is to the left of the driveway and across the front of the house.]
