- Unpermitted work at E St and W 8th Street by Feeney Brothers, kicking off jackhammers around 7 AM on a weekend outside permitted hours. This section has been dug up and repaved over a dozen times in the past year. At this point it feels like they’re taking a “why do it once when you can do it twelve times” approach instead of just finishing the work in one go.
