- Once AGAIN… this CRAP at 123 St Andrew Rd has Not been dealt with!! Not a piece of this Eyesore has been moved since you started to ticket!! Not One Piece!! I think she has an “IN” at City Hall!!! I doubt she has paid a single ticket , nothing changes and you hope nobody notices!! So moving foward if this pole doesn’t get cleaned out… the news will be called and together we will search who exactly her inside person is!! Try Me!! We are sick of paying to live overlooking this “crap” hole!!
