Description
They left this portable toilet right on the sidewalk, even though they have plenty of space inside their property. People walk right past it, and it reeks—it is far too close to the apartment, bedrooms and the adjacent building. I do not consider this appropriate, and urine is actually seeing out onto the street. They need to find a way to move it further back onto their property; they have plenty of space.
