- Just witnessed the tenant of 706- Angel who is the only one on the lease for that apartment go outside to do a handoff for a woman she’s crouched over and you are watching- he had his pant leg up showing where he’s more than likely shooting up. The Super was downstairs and saw him go out and come back in - less than 5 minutes out front. Time of incident-7:06pm
