- The Sidewalk in front of 173 and 175 Commonwealth Avenue is broken from the tree outgrowing the small tree well and there has been construction at 173 that cut through the walk and removed the light post. There are heaves in excess of 5". that pose a real safety risk. Proper repair shod include enlarging the Tree well and a short fence around the well consistent with other back bay properties.
