- Complaint Type: Unsanitary conditions – retail business Location: Savers, West Roxbury, MA Description: I am reporting ongoing unsanitary restroom conditions at this business. The bathroom is consistently in poor condition and does not meet basic hygiene standards. Specific issues include: Stall doors that do not close properly Walls covered in writing/graffiti Toilets that do not flush Missing toilet paper dispensers/closures Frequent lack of toilet paper and paper towels This is a busy store, and the restroom conditions are not being maintained at an acceptable level for public use. The situation appears ongoing rather than temporary. I am requesting an inspection and enforcement of proper sanitation standards.
