Description
Inconsistent heating in apartment, regularly not meeting minimum heat requirements over a period of a month. Landlord notified featuring three phone calls and over 14 messages throughout a two week period. No response received to this date. System will regularly state ‘heat on’ whilst heat remains below minimum thresholds. Periods of heat being above thresholds followed by days of not. Seemingly I’m unable to make any sense of how to decide when the heat works and when it doesn’t. I have a month of logs in my notes page (attached three screenshots below) documenting these inconsistencies.
