- Exposed Rebar Protruding in Public Alley 401 roadway directly behind 39 Saint Botolph Street caused flat tire. Exposed rebar is located approximately 5 feet from the large curved concrete curb across from the 10 trash bins. Issue has worsened over time and this weekend punctured my tire.
