- Good afternoon, Boston 311 and thanks to your and BTD and all you do for the city. Here on 13th Street in Charlestown (between First Avenue and the Charlestown Marina), an entire length of "Commercial Vehicles Only" spaces is filled with vehicles with passenger plates. It's impossible (or at least very difficult) for Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and USPS to make deliveries. The best address is 95 13th Street - but Google shows it as 27 Shipway Place (the name of the residential complex on 13th Street). Wondering if a parking enforcement officer might be available to drop by and cite/ticket these vehicles? Thanks in advance!
