Description: Ongoing noise disturbance at 1023-A Blue Hill Ave, Dorchester Center, MA 02124. An individual is currently playing loud music on the outdoor porch. The noise is clearly audible from surrounding properties and can be heard inside my home even with windows closed. This is happening right now (approximately 9:14 PM on a Monday night).
