Description
The Burger King at 100 Washington St. is having cars towed from a lot adjacent to theirs that does not have signage stating you cannot park there. The tow company told me that the lot is owned by Burger King and that they call in for tows all the time. The lot is in front of B.D.'s Discounts and it is not clear that the lot is owned by BK. There are also no signs stating that parking is not allowed except for one sign that says overnight parking is not allowed. Attached pictures are of the lot in front of B.D.'s Discounts, next to Burger King's lot, without signage and clear separation from Burger King's lot. There is also a picture of the only sign in the lot which makes it seem like only overnight parking is prohibited. This situation feels like a trap and a scam. I think Burger King needs to make it clear that this lot belongs to them and that parking is not allowed.
