- Why isn’t the LAW of 2 1/2 ton trucks and buses banned on Sidestreets of Charlestown enforced???? Are they above the rules and laws? We have Trucks and Buses speeding down our side street to Rutherford Ave and it is a SAFETY ISSUE there are small children on this street and it is unsafe for these vehicles to be be speeding down Essex St. in Charlestown, and also on Main st. NOT FOLLOWING LAWS SND REGULATIONS! DO SOMETHING!
