- We are writing to report the on-going, twice weekly trash disposal and recycling issues by the condominium building at 40 St. Botolph Street (Corner of St. Botolph and Harcourt Street). Specifically, their hired property management company (Mulberry Property Management Group, LLC) does not take care in securing their twice weekly trash and recycling for curbside pick-up. No one ever picks-up or sweeps up after the trash and recycling is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. It’s just a mess at the curb area on the Harcourt Street side of their building.
