- I'm not sure how many times I have to put in this complaint before someone actually does something about this but once again my neighbors at 1 Grimes St have filled my trash barrels with their trash and left no room for any trash from my building. I'm ready to file a police report at this point because it happens every Thursday and by the time the city investigates the trash is gone. If I need to call 911 to document that its happening in the moment I will do that at this point because I'm ready to consider legal action. This has been going on for months. m
