- I scheduled a bulk item (refrigerator) pickup (confirmation email attached). The fridge was not picked up (photo of fridge on curb). I called 311 to have it picked up. The case was closed saying it needs to be scheduled and was not on the pickup list (case closure email attached). Can you please come get my fridge.
