- Major Disturbance & Health Violation: the resident at 36 N Bennet Street who’s unit is in the rear facing the courtyard at N Bennet Ct keeps dumping bird seed out the window and into the courtyard. Numerous attempts have been made to ask this person to stop and they keep persisting. It attracts vermin, which have been crawling in the courtyard.
