Description: BTD has issued a night work permit with no defined end date. I contacted them to point out that this site already operates under a daytime work permit; however, they stated that they will continue working at night, as needed, until morning, without any clear timeline for completion. Could you please provide a copy of this work permit? At this point, the lack of consideration for residents and the absence of any defined limits are concerning. This situation appears to require formal review and enforcement of applicable regulations, rather than relying on the BTD’s discretion.
