- Congestion pricing? Is the city trying to chase out businesses? People need to drive to go to work and care for those in their family that are disabled! Not everyone is on Section 8 or work from home! Bike lanes are useless for 4 months a year minimum and don’t pay excise taxes. Vehicles pay excise taxes for horrible road conditions. Fiscally irresponsible administration!
