- Illegal dumping a Boston Housing authority property This is the second time this person coming dumb at the dumpster at BHA he dumped mattresses would he was about to dump a washing machine in the dryer, but that’s when we came in he took off. we have a video for the first time and the second time we took a picture he taken off. Is more pictures but I can only put 3.
