- "Unit #305 tenants Bruce Irving and a femaile resident continue to allow dogs to drop hard toys and balls on hardwood floors above my unit daily. This evening April 30 at 7:35 PM ongoing loud impact noise above my bedroom. Animal Control Case BCS-00199287 is open and warnings have been issued but behavior continues. Additionally female tenant is walking throughout entire apartment in hard heeled shoes at 7:35 PM — audible from bedroom through to front of unit. Property Manager Erica Tobias and Regional Manager Shannon Earley of Princeton Properties have been informed repeatedly and continue to take no action. Active Housing Court case Docket No. 26H84CV000170."
