- This construction cite has debris everywhere, soaking into the soil and bleaching onto the street and flowing into the Charles River. Yesterday‘s inspector gave them a “break“ for the third time where they said that they would bring a dumpster. Can you aggressively site this construction site or shut it down until they comply? The debris blows down the street and all the way to Stop & Shop.
