Abandoned gold colored Honda CRV in front of Dirty Water Dough. Car alarm has been going off for days with no owner coming out to move the car or turn it off. Looks like out of state Rhode Island plates too with no resident parking permit. Would you be able to contact the owner or tow them? It’s been very disruptive through the night.
