Description: Bruce Irving and female tenant Unit #305 tenants continue to have dogs that create ongoing loud impact noise and barking above my unit at 46 Soldiers Field Place. This Dogs continuously jumping off the tenants bed and the impact of the dogs feet hitting the floor repeatedly 3 and 4 times a night waking me out of my sleep. This morning May 1, 2026 at 5:24 AM a hard object was dropped on the floor above my bedroom waking me from sleep. At 6:30 AM the dog is now barking loudly. These disturbances are happening every single day during quiet hours. Boston Animal Control has visited this address and has an open case — Case No. BCS-00199287. Despite warnings the noise continues daily without change. The dogs are dropping hard objects, toys and balls on hardwood floors with no rugs, creating loud impact noise that is physically felt through my ceiling. I am not able to sleep in my own apartment due to these daily disturbances. Property Manager Erica Tobias and Regional Manager Shannon Earley of Princeton Properties Management Inc. have been informed repeatedly and are taking no action. Active Housing Court case Docket No. 26H84CV000170. I am requesting Animal Control follow up on open Case No. BCS-00199287 and consider issuing a formal citation."
